Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment

Hi,

I have had an issue in the past two weeks to get into UT and even in playing seasons and clubs on my ps5. I always get the issue ”Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment” when I try to get into UT. It takes like 5 minutes on loading screen before I get this error. And after maybe a while it works, but even then the game is so slow inside UT. Like when I try to enter into rivals, it loads for a couple of minutes before it gets me through or even sometimes sends me out of ultimate team again. I have spoken to an advisor in ea and he couldn’t help with anything. I have tried different accounts and it still does not work. I have tried my account at my friend’s house and it works fine. I have even tried my old ps4 and the same problem happened. My network connection is pretty good and I suppose it isn’t the issue cause it works on my pc and other platforms at home. I have reset my ps5 to see if something wrong was there but the issue still stands.
Anyone got any solution for this problem? Don’t give me troubleshooting advices cause I went through all of them. I really need a solid solution.
