Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible

Hello everyone,

Since a couple of days, everytime I try to open Ultimate Team on FC 24 (PlayStation 5), I get the "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu" message constantly. The funny thing is, every other online mode (Seasons, Volta, Clubs) is working perfectly fine. It's just the Ultimate Team mode not working. 

I've tried everything, starting from connectivity to talking to the EA live chat (who gave me advices, which sadly didn't work).

Do you guys have the same issue? And if so, do you have an answer to this?

    You can also check for any known issues or downtime caused by maintenance on the EA Sports FC Direct X feed.

    @frknwrld999 

    Do you have another account you can try? This will help figure out if it's account related or not.

    If that doesn't help, Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate FC 24 and delete the saved data.

    I've already done the power cycling thing, didn't change anything sadly.
    And the solution with the mobile hotspot was also a recommendation from the EA live chat guy. Tried it aswell, didn't change anything.
    I also don't think that the connection is the issue because if that would be the case, I would not be able to play Online Season, Clubs and Volta. But I can open and play all three of these online modes.
