Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible

Hello everyone,

Since a couple of days, everytime I try to open Ultimate Team on FC 24 (PlayStation 5), I get the "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu" message constantly. The funny thing is, every other online mode (Seasons, Volta, Clubs) is working perfectly fine. It's just the Ultimate Team mode not working.

I've tried everything, starting from connectivity to talking to the EA live chat (who gave me advices, which sadly didn't work).

Do you guys have the same issue? And if so, do you have an answer to this?

I’m experiencing the same thing and seems to have bad pocket loss stats. What is this and how do I fix it?

i am new to PlayStation on FC25 and im experiencing the “connecting to ultimate team is not possible..”
have you worked out how to fix this??

Hello guys, im facing this problem in fc25.
I just installed the game. I go to open ultimate team for the first time and I am stopped by the message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu". I was able to get in and choose my starter nation but after that it kicked me out and I haven't been able to get in since.

Why can't I log in to Ultimate Team? I've been experiencing the same problem for a year now, and I live in Syria. Every time I try to log in to Ultimate Team, it tells me "Unable to log in to Ultimate Team at this time." Even though my internet connection is very strong, I want a solution to this problem, please.
