Thanks for those details, let's run through the following steps to clear this up for you:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
- 1 year ago@EA_Solaire Hey, I have the same problem, but in ps4 slim, tried in two different ones, one of which my friend was playing normally, and it didn't work, it doesn't seems to be a network problem on my side

I’m on PlayStation 5 And have tried both the PS4 and PS5 version and neither let me start a game. It reads “Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.” I’ve tried Checking my Internet, Deleting and re-downloading the squad update and also deleting the app and nothing has worked
