For PlayStation, we'll want to try the following:
- Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If you're not seeing improvement after trying this, be sure to run the Connection Quality Report linked above.

Please attach screenshots of your connection score as well as screenshots of your match history in that tool so we can get a better look at how you're connecting.

I normally only play squad battles, so I guess there won't be many matches. After I sent the reply, I managed to play one friendly on the new friendly mode, but, then again, trying to start a squad battle or moments led to the error, also attached here.

Thank you! I'm seeing some packet loss here on your report, let's first try swapping to a hard-wired connection directly to your router/modem instead of WiFi- let me know if you see any improvement then.
