Connection lost during champs

Question

I was playing my final game of champs finals this morning, where I lost connection due to the EA servers (again). I have a wired connection and my ping is always minimal. I needed that win to get to rank 6, and I was going to win the game as well. I am frustrated and fed up with this game. Is there anybody I can speak to at EA about getting compensation, or getting another game added to it?

@65l8xdgrws0f Unfortunately there is no such compensation available. This kind of disconnect can happen, not often at all but it is possible. At the time that you were playing there were not any known server problems causing this.

Disconnects are not always server problems also. Your internet provider, your console and your router along with other connected devices to your router can be causes.

It is frustrating for sure. It happens even to the pro players at times stopping them from getting rank 1. And it can happen with other games too.
