It won't give me the list of matches as I was only able to play one rivals match and then disconnected from all but one Squad Battles game.
However I just selected to share the usage data in the online settings so can try again to see if it registers.
I used an online score calculator and it shows that my connection is very strong and in line with what is expected (please find the screenshot attached)
You may need to keep playing to get more data, but it also looks like your ISP is experiencing packet loss. Most likely, that's where the issue is. Which platform are you playing on?

Can you also answer to all of us ? You see we are few to have the exact same issue. Me and kikimarou are playing on pc.

Yes. I can. I responded to @AlexRiv90 because they ran the test I requested in my previous response. If you can run that test, I'll go over the results and try to troubleshoot this.

This is what happen when i play against computer or in rivals. It's french but it means : "The EA servers can't treat your demand. May you try again later.".
I searched for an answer with google but i found that it was like a soft ban because me and my friend did too much friendly match in such a few time.
For the moment we can't achieve nothing cause when we're playing the server act like we are not so it's completely useless playing this game right now untill we are not soft ban anymore.
Please help.

Thank you, today I tried connecting via an ethernet cable and that seems to have worked as I haven't been randomly disconnected from the servers.
It could also be that the bug was resolved if there was one.
