Hi, attached the connection report, is the match history on EA FC or on this web app?

2 years agoThe match history is on the Connection Quality Report page. It's on the left side where it says Match History.

I’m facing similar issue. Even in the menus game keep freezing, fc logo keep flashing then disconnect from servers. The game is not playable cannot complete 2 games in a row. My connection report is attached.

Your Connection Quality Report shows you're switching between a wired and wireless connection. Can you switch completely to a wire to see if there's a difference? When you do that, make sure your modem/router and console/PC are power cycled.
- serdardemir352 years agoNot applicable@EA_Aljo I’m connected with wire on my ps5. Attached report is checked with my mobile phone. No issue on my connection. Still having same issue on ea fc 24. Game is not playable unfortunately.
