Your report shows you're also playing games over a wireless connection. Can you get me a screenshot of the match history? It's on the left side of the Connection Quality Report screen.
@EA_Aljo I just tried once wireless to solve the issue but it was the same. I always use wired connection. These all attached matches played with wired connection. Please see attached files for match history. Almost all matches are incomplete because of this issue. Please help me out to solve the issue.

I was hoping to see the packet loss for those matches, but it looks like it's not being displayed. We'll move on from that. What platform are you playing FC 24 on?
Wireless will not solve the issue. What I was saying is that if you're playing on a wireless connection, as your test suggests, disconnects and lag are very likely. If you're disconnecting while being on a wired connection, we'll need to go through some connection troubleshooting.
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo I play the game on ps5. All attached matches are played with wired connection and disconnected during the match. Having the issue even in ultimate team menus. Ea fc icon keep loading for a while and disconnect from server. I can give any input that you required to solve that issue. Thanks in advance.

We'll go through some connection troubleshooting for PS5. It would also be a good idea to speak with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
If your router supports QoS (Quality of Service), add your PS5 and prioritize that before other devices.
Make sure your NAT is either Type 1 or Type 2. This is also done within your router settings.
Check to see if your router has the latest firmware.

I have exactly the same issue. I’m using wired connection. Tried google dns servers. Enabled qos to prioritise PS5.
one thing I noticed that it is more likely to finish match if I do not do any substitutions during the game. Any substitution is guaranteed to be disconnect, after resuming the game I see loading icon in the bottom of the screen constantly spinning during gameplay and the game become laggy and disconnect after a minute.
Connection quality report do not show any issues. I have stable 15ms ping and 0-0.1ms jitter and 0-0.01% packet loss.

The last thing I tried is reinstalling the game. So far it works well after 5 matches

I'm having same problem here. Today I've got 5 disconnects only in UT. Playing Rivals or Squad Battles.
I'm playing on PC.
Please help me. Thank you
