Constantly disconnected from EA Severs when playing Ultimate Team

Mines is working and not cut out for a few games now, what I've found is that when coming out of ultimate team you have to close the game fully down before turning off the console which is a fault with the game.

Only thing is I've lost out in a lot of evolutions,  dnf coin reduction and my rivals position is not where it should be.

Surely I should be getting DNF cleared, coins and packs for compensation?

İ add that . But i check the match history and its not fully true . 
it doesnt cover my draft matches . İ lost connection on online draft like 10 times but anyone isnt in this list . And it says incomplete is 2 but i know i cant complete at least 10 match ..

I am going to need a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. For the match history, you should see your recent games listed with their individual connection details.

İ should but as i said i played draft many times recently and any of them arent here ..

İ add many ss for connection page but still i need a solution 🙂

Thank you. I see you're playing on both a wired and wireless connection. Can you switch to using a wire and play several matches so we can see your connection score only showing wired games? 

It's possible draft matches don't show in the match history. That's why they wouldn't be showing up.

İ play with only wire like 6-7 days . And as i said everything is same . İts not about that i think .

Your test is showing a poor connection with enough packet loss to cause you to disconnect. Have you contacted your ISP about this? We're not aware of any issues with our servers taht would cause you to disconnect.

This page says %78 is normal . And 0,06 pocket loss looks minimal ? Do you think 0,06 pocket loss is issue for i cant open packs on main menu or cant do sbc ? Because other online fc mods has not problem like that . And any other online games too

That much packet loss is most definitely enough to cause disconnects and lag. I realize it says normal, but that still is a substantial amount of packet loss.

It's not an issue with the game. This can happen when your connection is lost due to your console turning off.

I don't think you get what I mean, I didn't get disconnected because I turned off the console

When you turn off your console, the game is suspended in Quick Resume in an area that requires an online connection. This will disconnect you from the servers. In order to reconnect, you need to restart the game. So, when you completely exit out of the game before shutting down your console, the game is not in a suspended state on a screen that requires a connection. You're completely restarting the game after turning the console back on. That avoids any issues with the game being suspended in Quick Resume.

I'm talking about coming out of ultimate team and going to the main menu then shutting down console which seems to be the issue.

This wasn't a problem before and on previous versions when coming out of ultimate team and then closing down the console  

I've been doing that for years and was never an issue.

Now it seems to be I have to close the full game down after finishing ultimate team.
