I'll get in touch with them, just seems very strange it's only ultimate team, I can play online seasons and works fine, just any game mode on ultimate team it's taking me back to menu after the match is complete.
Any other game I play there is no such issue.
There is no packet loss here yet still getting disconnected.
Have contacted isp and there is no issue at there end.
When I play seasons online match it works every time.
Any game mode on ultimate team at end of each game just before it adds my coins and points it take me out to main menu.

It looks like you're still on a wireless connection. As long as you remain on wireless, disconnects and lag will happen.
As I said and you can see on previous disconnect it was wired, it doesn't make any difference. There is a flaw in the game or servers.
Here I've copied and pasted when I had it wired, 0 "zero packet loss"
Still disconnected.
There is no fault on my side, I have spoke to isp, had wired connection, everything is OK here.
Can you fix or refund the game

Can you get me the screenshot instead of copying and pasting? It shouldn't be saying you're wireless when you're actually wired.
You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if you qualify for a refund. I put it back to wifi as it made no difference

Ok. That's going to cause disconnects and lag then so there isn't much we can do. What you really need to do is switch to a wire, power cycle everything and play several games. That way the test shows results for using a wired connection. If you end up doing that, get a screenshot of the overall score and match history for me. I'm going to be out after today until Monday. You can also contact an advisor for assistance by opening a case here.
Here I've copied and pasted last reading, all on wired connection with hard reset of router and xbox.
Could it be one of the players I have that's causing the issue?
I did build new squad and deleted existing squad with just gold players and seemed ok, yet when I built squad with my best players including evolution players it seems to be an issue.

It's possible it's due to using those players then. If you're able to play fine without them, it would be best not to use them. You could report the players you're having trouble with in the Evolutions forum here.
Na, tried it. It worked for 2 games in a row then kicked back out at end of 3rd game.
Even tried changing kits.
It also seems to take a few attempts to enter ultimate team on xbox, also on the mobile companion app even when app is connected to WiFi and mobile data so that would disregard my Internet broadband connection when using mobile app. And I did close down the game properly from ultimate team so I could use companion app.
