Contacting Ea

Neither work for me and ive reported the same connection issue twice. No case number was logged when reporting it, says I have no open cases and first one was over a month ago with no follow up. Is actually a joke.

disgusted by how hard it is to get anything done

I'm incredibly frustrated with your game yet again, was doing my last games for the Maldini objectives and your servers kicked me off and said you can't process it. You've used a game on my loan player which is now caused me to not be able to finish my objectives. I want compensation and I want my rewards given to me.

So after completing another game to only leave me on 9/10 wins. 

I want full compensation as well as my rewards asap.

Can't speak to anyone because the whole chat and contact system is completely *.

And get sent round in circles which ends up being back on this forum. Try it for yourself !

You cannot start a chat with them because it will take you back to the choose a game page, no matter how many times you try, I used to be able to overcome this by reopening cases but they permanently close mine now. To be honest unless it’s a mistake they made and not a glitch or bug you won’t get any help.
