Desailly idol did not receive all the improvements

In the Euro Cup/Copa América event, I managed to obtain two French Idols, Zidane 97 and Desailly 94. After yesterday's game (09/07/2024), Zidane received all possible improvements, which were +1 Over and another 99 attribute. However, Desailly only received one more Over and did not receive his 99 attribute or +1 PlayStyle. Both Idols mentioned were released on the same date within EA FC24.

I would like to know if Desailly will receive this improvement. If not, why didn't he receive it and the other Idols received all the improvements?
