did not receive my fut champions rewards

i just did my 20 matches and after claiming my reward, I went to open my packs and i didnt have them. And when claiming my 87 x 3 pack when leveling up i didnt receive it. EA please fix this!

Anyonenelse having this problem?

@thomazzen030 How many packs you have in your store?

If you are collecting too many packs then game will only show you 30 packs. You can view all packs on web app.
