Didn’t receive pre order items

Hi guys 

I didn’t receive any of the pre order items. Does it matter if I change the location of the console and start the game ?? First, i changed the location to india and started the game and it worked and logged in into the game and I received a code in my email and then the ultimate team started but I didn’t received any pre order stuff nor even points and promised packs that I completed in fifa 23

i live in Canada and then changed the location of the console to Canadian time again and started the game but the code didn’t came this time, does it matter?? Because I didn’t receive any of the pre order stufff? 
can anybody please help , how to fix this?? Really appreciate it
