hello, so i have just packed dries mertens but i didn’t receive the RTTK version of him but only the gold one so i’d like to have some explanations about that

It appears that some of you may have expected the RTTK item earlier than it was released.
(it was released on 01/10/2023 at 6PM UTC)
If you got the player item from your packs before the release time, it means that you have received the correct version of it.
I just opened packs after content release and I packed mertens card, but I packed his gold and not his UCL card.
And I discarded him since he was a duplicate, but wouldn’t have discarded him if he had been the right card.
I packed his gold aswell but he’s supposed to be rttk
better get compensation for this

Hi, i opened a pack at 18:05 and got normal gold mertins when it should have been his road to the knockouts.
same just packed his gold card
also the Nano pack never mention a loan 86+ pick. it clearly said 86+ pick 9 no loan mentioned at ALL.
alot of people on futbin, reddit, and twitter posting the same

Just packed Mertens and it was his gold version not his RTTK
