Division rivals: currently no active competition

I've logged into UT on my second account and I can't play division rivals.. says "currently no active competition"

Works fine on my main account.

I'm angry.
I tried to solve the problem on my own and with the help of Google. There were recommendations to update the roster and/or remove some buggy player. Removed a lot of all loaned players. I sold those that were being sold, but my efforts turned out to be nonsense. It's all about your favorite glitchy game
