DNF Modifier Affected by Wrongful Disconnection

Hi, I was playing a rivals game and scored a goal to equalise quite early on in the game and then I was disconnected not just out of the game but out of Ultimate Team - I believe this is an issue with EA’s servers and not a connection issue on my end because I was streaming 4K on another screen and that was completely uninterrupted and then when I investigated EA support the EA website was working incredibly slowly despite other websites such as futbin working fast for me - in addition to all that I was actually playing on the remote play app and the remote play connection was completely smooth and uninterrupted. I’ve seen in another thread that EA can’t do anything about wins and losses but I’m not particularly fussed about being denied the opportunity to win the game, however, I’m not too happy that my DNF modifier is no longer perfect. Is it possible for this to be fixed?

  • @ff2043ce7bbf14e3 Ea has already said if you dc from the game and not another connection like your streaming or in others cases psn or Xbox network that doesn’t mean it’s not your connection.

Try running the connection score and match history here and see if you are having any issues like packet loss. The biggest reason is wireless. Are you wired or wireless?

I’ve had scores of 99 and still get disconnects. On my hardwired ps5. The servers are a joke, but ea always blame the customer. I’m not saying most ain’t the customer who like me at one point was on WiFi on a slow 40mbps at best internet. But I still get it on fibre to the property, 500mbps up and down ish, and hardwired to the router.
