Does anyone know why the gameplay is so bad?

If you report it ea said they would look into it. So far I’ve seen two people follow the instructions. They need the connection score with match history and a short video of the input overlay.  But yeah if only two people report it it’s likely your connection. Besides the people in South Africa as there is a ton of those reports so looks like something is going on there have to wait till they update it after getting more info. 

Actually should say 3 as the last person used the tests to show his isp and his isp fixed his issue. He did a good thread on it explaining what all he did and things others could do to fix it. 

It is incredible. I don’t have any internet problems, my internet connection works fine when I play other games, watch streaming platforms and my speed is 228/40. And I still see in the upper right corner red and yellow symbols telling me that there is sth wrong witch my connection. And I see delays, and my passes are going nowere, transfer market doesn’t work properly and everything due to my connection.

I don’t doubt what you say I’ve seen your videos you have delay and connection issues. I hope others report it. The other few in this thread said they don’t have connection issues which suggests it’s not an ea issue.  But yeah when enough report it ea is looking into it at least for South Africa. So I dunno why people in other areas don’t won’t to report it. Then again it looks to be not that many with an issue like South Africa.

You and yours connection issues shows thay u have no idea about games engine. Even with bad connetion this does not affect the main gameplay system.

The worst solutions when it comes to the quality of passes. The AI ​​was too strong, so they reduced it at the expense of player movement, and behavior .

They went from one extreme to the other extreme. I play online games since 25 years. Started with Stracraft, C&C Generals and Fifa`s. Connection problems affect on mouse clicks for example  when it has low dpi, it delays them and units dosent react on them . Here you have a typical interference with the main scripts of the game "Champion XD".

I would agree with you but op has connection issues he has posted tons of videos.  You can also see in the links provided another user solved his issues. 

Also I know his issue might be the ea servers and not his. As I beg people to report it like the one reporting in South Africa. 

Do you have connection issues?  Some in here say they do some are saying they don’t. If some don’t have connection issues this makes it lean more towards his isp or setup. 

This game has huge erros when it was written. Connection problems are demonstrated by the holes it has. As you patch one hole, more will appear because there are too many of them from the very beginning. In normal decent game connection never affects such extreme cases.

You replied before I edited it do you have connection issues?  He has a large amount of delay when running the input overlay so until that is fixed he will never have good gameplay. 

With all due respect: I won't talk with a blind person about colors. I am 42 years old, I work in the IT industry and I know what I have. I have a broken product that cannot be repaired. A product that has changed the main gameplay probably 4 times since its release.. New project that didnt worked. It's a pity that EA treats its customers like laboratory rabbits. Cya.

What does your match history say on the connection score maybe you have packet loss?  I’ve seen your delay videos so something is going on. I am all for it being on eas end but very few report it. Also look how many in this thread say they don’t have connection issues this leans more towards your end then eas.

Maybe your connection goes back and forth. I still remember that video you had the worst delay it was like 6 seconds. Probably the worst one I ever seen. 

It was on the old forum not sure if you still have it on your youtube page or not. It was a lot of seconds behind your second controller so much so I remember it. 

You have 10 or more videos showing the delay and connection problems on your youtube. I don’t remember the exact one but it was worse than the other ones I know that. 

Actually you have way more than 10 videos on the connection issues so hard to pick out the one I remember. 

But yeah I want to say it was with orison and we said one video of the delay didn’t look that bad but you either slowed it down or screen shotted it to show your controllers were out of sync. Then you had one video that was like nothing was registering and was like 6 seconds behind. That was the o e that looked like you had some kind of problem going on for sure. 

There is no point in blaming the connection, the best evidence is the previous FIFA versions.

We played against opponents with a ping of 28-50 and there were no such errors on such a scale.

Suddenly they released FC24 and all ppl  having trouble with connection - even players with extensive experience playing via fiber optics on an ethernet cable.

Stop treating people like idiots.

The older versions actually had really bad lag when they didn’t have servers. You would get that stop start lag because the one player was the host and the others connection would cause lag. But for years the op has had the same problem so not sure what fifa you are talking about. 

But let’s say it’s not connection. The pass to perez in your last video to me it looks like you hit pass then hit shoot?  Are you not holding x then hit o then as the pass in on its way you hit triangle. Now maybe you have the buttons on different setting but it looks like you was hitting both buttons and  triangle later. 

Lag did not affect passes or player switching previous versions . Moreover, currently cross and through balls passes go wherever they want despite the direction control with the pad. Somehow in all previous versions I played in division 1, here I am blocked in key matches due to broken pass control, late switching or no switching at all.

The game is unstable and falls apart after a few matches. Even if you do sbc and exchange gold players for 81+, after 4 exchanges the menu starts to lag hard. In offline modes, passes are messed up like the rest of this game. Also your constant repetition about connections, connections, connections - it's pointless to talk.

Ping pong passes was definitely more overpowered in past fifas if that is what you are talking about. 

But I dunno why you say that you can see some bring up connection even in this thread. You can also see where someone fixed the game in the links I provided so hardly pointless 

But yeah as far as the op it looks to me like he pushed the wrong button.

I am also all for manual offense would solve a lot who are used to the old ping pong passing and would help add a skill gap for offense. 

But yeah the op said people from Germany have better gameplay which suggests it’s connection related rather ea or his. Another poster said he has all the red symbols showing up so it’s connection related for him. 

So for some they have connection issues if not why say that stuf. I never have connection issue myself but to say it’s useless I dunno why. If they said it was not connection related that would be different but to me it seems an issue for some maybe a minority but still an issue that should be helped. 

Ping pong passes are called in real football  "one contact game" or "one touch pass" btw. 😃

I don’t blindly defend the game. If I saw a clip of whatever you’re saying is wrong and it is I would say so. Like I said I have problems with the game not connection wise. How can you have a game be competitive and offense not be manual?  I don’t think that’s just oh non manual offense is great everything is fine I defend the game no matter what. 

Also I could go on about other things I dislike and criticize ea but that’s not what this thread is about. 

How much more fair could I be about connections?  Report it ithe problem could be eas fault but it could also be your isp. 

If this isn’t about connection I dunno why others brought it up. I even agree op has or had something wrong with his game.
