Does anyone know why the gameplay is so bad?
So today I'm playing and once again I'm having the exact same gameplay issues. Players are slow to turn Ball bounces off players before they can react Icon players moving extremely slow Ai Play...

The older versions actually had really bad lag when they didn’t have servers. You would get that stop start lag because the one player was the host and the others connection would cause lag. But for years the op has had the same problem so not sure what fifa you are talking about.
But let’s say it’s not connection. The pass to perez in your last video to me it looks like you hit pass then hit shoot? Are you not holding x then hit o then as the pass in on its way you hit triangle. Now maybe you have the buttons on different setting but it looks like you was hitting both buttons and triangle later.
Lag did not affect passes or player switching previous versions . Moreover, currently cross and through balls passes go wherever they want despite the direction control with the pad. Somehow in all previous versions I played in division 1, here I am blocked in key matches due to broken pass control, late switching or no switching at all.
The game is unstable and falls apart after a few matches. Even if you do sbc and exchange gold players for 81+, after 4 exchanges the menu starts to lag hard. In offline modes, passes are messed up like the rest of this game. Also your constant repetition about connections, connections, connections - it's pointless to talk.
Ping pong passes was definitely more overpowered in past fifas if that is what you are talking about.
But I dunno why you say that you can see some bring up connection even in this thread. You can also see where someone fixed the game in the links I provided so hardly pointless
But yeah as far as the op it looks to me like he pushed the wrong button.
I am also all for manual offense would solve a lot who are used to the old ping pong passing and would help add a skill gap for offense.
But yeah the op said people from Germany have better gameplay which suggests it’s connection related rather ea or his. Another poster said he has all the red symbols showing up so it’s connection related for him.
So for some they have connection issues if not why say that stuf. I never have connection issue myself but to say it’s useless I dunno why. If they said it was not connection related that would be different but to me it seems an issue for some maybe a minority but still an issue that should be helped.
Ping pong passes are called in real football "one contact game" or "one touch pass" btw. 😃
