Draft token missing

Today i had a duplicate player in my team while playing online draft, as a result, i had to contact EA chat support to reset my draft.

After the reset, i lost my draft entry and was not compensated with a draft token.

The agent asked me to go to the "Draft token request" form. I did that and it told me i am bot eligible.

this is totally unacceptable! The only thing i play on this game is ultimate draft, and it costs me 4$ per game. really bad of EA to do that!

anyone experienced the same? Please help
