Duplicate EVO player stuck in store

Well, unfortunately my EVO player stuck in store too,is there anyway to slove it or need to wait until that EVO end so is can be sell. I don't care if i lost that player since i want to open some packs and ready for some upcoming sbc. 

And by the way,how to contact with EA.
