This isn't something we can fix here on the forums, but our support team will assist you with this issue. We will try to complete additional account verification to help you change that old email.
Even if you don't have access to your account or email, you can submit your case on our website. You can follow this article https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
Please note that the form will ask you for your current email (the one you can access) so we can create a new case for you and send you a response.

Hi Pulsar,
Thank you for your response, but i already tried what you are suggesting. I dont get any response from support and a month or two ago they already closed a ticket without responding. That is why I thought let me try it this way.
Can you pls ask someone to look into this? I submitted a case again a couple days ago, but no response. It just states waiting on player but i dont see any answer.
