@sanket_360 I always connect via cable, my connection (ping) is always stable. I contacted my ISP and they confirmed this. For this reason, they even renewed my infrastructure cables. When I took the test in the link, my score was 85, I think this is good. What should I do?
@erayatlatanCan you please attach screenshot of score and recent match history? Recent match history stats available on above link (left hand side menu).

Hi there, @erayatlatan
You've got a fair amount of packet loss. This is why your score is only an 85. Have you spoken with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?

Hello, I just bought the game last night and I can’t play FUT it says that unable to access because there is something wrong with the connection, but I have tried everything, I cleared the cache, checked my connection, Restart it, I downloaded again etc, please help me with that
