Hi there, @erayatlatan
You've got a fair amount of packet loss. This is why your score is only an 85. Have you spoken with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?

Hello, I just bought the game last night and I can’t play FUT it says that unable to access because there is something wrong with the connection, but I have tried everything, I cleared the cache, checked my connection, Restart it, I downloaded again etc, please help me with that

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Hi @EA_Aljo @sanket_360, I'm so sorry for replying late. I solved the problem. But first of all, I think the score is 85, which is quite good for my country and the ISP average. As for the solution, I work in IT, so based on my experiences, I made a few interventions in the modem interface. When I did my general inspections, I noticed that I was constantly experiencing disconnections in the connection due to the IPv6 firewall protocols being turned on. I started experiencing this problem after I renewed my modem. Since no device was using the IPv6 firewall, I turned it off and the problem was completely resolved. If you have experienced this problem, you can easily suggest this solution. Just turning off the IPv6 connection type will completely solve the problem.Thank you all for your support.
