@ajwilkins88 In my personal opinion, anger towards the gameplay is what is turning people towards making toxic moves like quitting at draws, celebrating all goals, refusing to help people out during friendly objectives etc...
EA are partly to blame for that because they've created a time restricted, rewards driven game that's become hyper-competitive and feels like a part time job rather than a fun passtime
BUT I think the bigger responsibility comes from the user base. I think as a society the internet has caused people to become more toxic over the years. If you look at twitter as an example, people display behaviour from behind a screen that they would never display in the real world and I think some of that transfers into gaming. There's "Trolls" out there who exist purely to try and ruin everyone elses enjoyment of things rather than enjoying it themselves. Sadly a lot of those type of people exist within the EAFC / FIFA community. It's got progressively worse with every year of ultimate team that i've played
