connecting to your ultimate team not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu
my account was hacked after reporting issue my account was banned, I then disputed ban and it was overturned but now get the above message when I try to log in

Hey @georgereddog2023 Please make sure to restart your router and check with your ISP if there are no ongoing issues.
I'd also recommend the steps listed here on our website. This should improve things for you.
