EA FC 24 - All my in game coins have disappeared!?!

Question

This morning I was grinding the objectives for an evolution card. I spent 3-4hrs laying, I even spent some money of Fifa points so that I can evo more cards in future.
This afternoon, I turned on the game, suddenly my 800k has disappeared!!

I contacted EA Help to be told that i apparently have broken an in game rule and been banned. This is impossible. Firstly I only play squad battles. Second I have never received and email stating that I’ve done something wrong. Third, I still have access to all parts of the game.
EA Help have said that I have to wait 10 days to see if I get my coins back. 10 days?!? I haven’t done anything wrong, why am I waiting 10 days?!

has anyone had something similar happen to them?

Ive been playing Fifa for almost 8 years. This has never happened before. I’m shocked and disappointed that this has happened.

Ainda ontem estava com 230k de Coins, quando voltei ao jogo só tinha 30k!!!

I had 160k coins last night went to bed got on this morning and I’m on 30k there are no new players in my club and no evo has been bought
