Did this and still no luck, wasted my money buying ultimate edition, the game has been unplayable for a week now, thank you ea.
Same thing over here - but after this happened on and off with FIFA 23 on PS5 for me i was at least smart enough not to buy the ultimate edition. You're right though - customer service is not anywhere near where it should be - they just close out the tickets without even responding to me.
I've tried clearing cache, rebuilding database, and resetting my ps5 all to no avail.
Nice little bonus for the hour download time every time i try the above process hoping that this time the result will be different.
From the research I've been forced to do on my own (because EA is literally NO HELP) has me thinking this it's beyond software and unfixable short of sending my console in to be "repaired" (even though there's seemingly nothing wrong with it) for the low low price of $250.
Would love someone to prove me wrong - i just miss the days where you popped a game in your console and it worked...

This is the biggetst scam of the century. EA you guys suck. I have read all the issues of your customers here and none was attended to. I just bought my ps5 yeateeday for my son with EA sports fc 24 . I only enjoyed the game for few houra before it started crashing. A big company like EA trearing her customers like a bag of trash...shame on you guys and may God collect all the money you . I'm so livid right now
To add to this, what about your fc24 companion app on the iPhone, its absolutely unusable... Every single time you click on any menu it just freezes, have to keep restarting it completely, then does it again. Been like it for weeks yet you do nothing about it? Why are you people so lazy there lol?

I am playing eafc 24 in PC, but I have this weird bug where the game keeps crashing when going into custom tactics player roles.
every other custom tactic tab works fine, but the moment I move to the "player roles" tab, the screen freezes for a couple of seconds and the game minimizes and disappears.
I hope there is a solution to this soon? as it is rather infuriating. I am also seeing a lot of comments of people crashing in other areas of the game.
What's going on? how is this not addressed 4 months into the game?

this is * paying for an game and it keeps crashing... is it so hard to bring out an fix/update for ps4 dont know about ps5. but the whole game is now an waste of money.
just fix the game and stop making the people try to do everything.
You guys it's now 23 March 2024 and Ultimate team doesn't work. Everyone still has the same issues , I think you need to update the thing.
