i have contacted customer support 6 times and followed instructions, they said they would get a technician to fix it, and it would take a couple hours, its been 3 days. i have re-downloaded the game ...

@deserttard We keep paying so much money for ps products,, and we think of enjoying ourselves,, PlayStation can’t fix bugs
