I have the same issue here. I have done everything you can thing off. I can’t get more than 2 games in before the game crashes. It also crashes when I am playing Squad Battles. It randomly signs me out of the EA server or it just crashes stuck on one screen.
Dear EA support,
Are you working on a resolution for this? I have purchased the ultimate edition and spend a little bit in ultimate team. If this this is not resolved, are we able to get our funds back. Please reply so all can have faith in this game and continue to play. This issue is happening on my PS5.

This just began happening to me the last week of November. No matter what game mode I choose (or even just being in the menus), the game just freezes indefinitely. Once I press close the game, then the PlayStation Error appears with that code.
I’ve also factory wiped and rebuilt the database of my ps5 and reinstalled the game, still not working, is there any other fix for this? It’s been super frustrating!
