My brother has the same issue and he has noticed that it only does it during a replay, or when someone pauses the game.
Recently I faced the same issue as u mentioned bro , when someone pause the game or take settings or reply it's crashed. It's been 2 month now no fixes . Reset PS5, and reinstall fc 24 many times there is nothing happened.
Ps: I found a 50-50 fix that's maybe useful for u , when opponents pause the game u just press ps button and scroll over the cards until they resume games. So there is less chance to crash .
