EA FC Pro event registration only allowing Playstation platform selection

in the registration for EA FC Pro, when i signed up, it asked for your desired platform, but the only selection was playstation. I play on xbox, and have been since fifa 21. I went ahead and finished the registration, so I could be in before the deadline. Now I have reached Div 4 in Rivals, and really want to take part in the event. I'm asking to see if it is possible to change my registration from playstation to xbox?

    Dear EA Team,

     

    I truly need your help regarding my FC Pro Open registration. I mistakenly registered in a different country since I had been living there for years, but due to an unexpected family emergency, I am now in another country.

     

    Because of this, whenever I try to play the FC Pro Ladder, I am matched with North American servers, which gives me very high ping (ms). The lag makes it impossible to compete at the level I know I’m capable of, and it’s heartbreaking knowing that my chance to participate fairly is being affected by something out of my control.

     

    The FC Pro Open is an opportunity I’ve been looking forward to for a long time, and I am very passionate about competing. I kindly ask for your urgent support in updating my registration or adjusting my account to reflect my current location, so I can compete on the correct servers.

     

    This tournament means the world to me, and I would be extremely grateful if you could help me resolve this issue. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
