EA FC web app not working

Hello,

Can I use EA FC 24 web app if I didnt have FIFA 23 ultimate team?

I cant access the web app and it says that i need to start EA FC 24.

I had teams in fifa 21 and fifa 22, but not in fifa 23

I have preordered EA FC 24 ultimate edition..
