Here is the solution what you can do to get your coins back:

EA doesnt care and is helping nobody.
You did the right thing by contacting support. You will just have to wait and see what they say. There is a big thread where others have been banned some have gotten their coins back some have not. Suppose you will have to wait and see what they say.
