EA servers not available

Guys, I tried everything but I can’t connect to ea servers with my regular internet provider. When I use my mobile network works well. 

Ps: I’m using a wired connection and works for everything on the ps5

can someone help me?

    @leonardofac81 Did you tried restarting internet/router? Was it working before? or is this first time you are trying with regular internet?

    If possible, can you please attach screenshot of PS5 test connection. May be someone from community might be able to help you on this.
