EA Support is absolutely terrible

There are so many things wrong this year. In comparison to the Support from years like FIFA 18 and FIFA 19. To be honest I barely needed to use support then but now I need it more than ever because of the so many bugs in the game.

Firstly, EA Support will never ever be able to solve your problems. I will give a list of my problems and their responses

1. Fut Champs Penalty Glitch.

Problem: Penalty accuracy indicator wouldn’t show up causing me to lose 7 games in one wl by one  goal/penalty shoot outs. 1 penalty made out of 14


A lot of other players are experiencing this, we are sorry and we are fixing this. We can’t give compensation now until it’s fixed, then you can contact us.

2. Fut Champs Penalty Glitch Compensation (after fix)

A lot of players need compensation, start a topic on answers hq for the best chance to get compensation. Our community managers are watching and will be able to identify all the players with this issue and give them correct compensation

3. Erling Haaland Recovery

Problem: I packed Haaland twice and there wasn’t a good sbc and I had a lot of packs left so I quicksold him and couldn’t recover because it wouldn’t let me open the date to recover players

A lot of players are experiencing this problem and we are working on a fix, this will be fixed soon and you will be able to recover him.

4. Twitch rewards

Problem: I’ve linked my twitch and watched the FC Pro games live for hours and didn’t receive rewards.

A lot of players are experiencing this problem and we are working on a fix. Please wait a week and you shall receive your rewards. (I didn’t receive them)

In FIFA 18 I had maybe two or three issues where I’d get disconnected from a draft match and it wasn’t because of wifi. EA Support hand me a draft token. It was quick and easy they’d just investigate it and then give the correct compensation within 15 minutes. 

This EA support team must have been told they aren’t allowed to solve any issue, even if you have a troubleshooting issue they will give you a link and you’d have to sort it yourself.

The other bugs that I have but haven’t complained about:

- Transfer market glitch, I’d have to restart the game if I change the  price or version in quicker than a sloth

- View player attributes glitch, I’d have to restart the game if I open a players attributes quicker than a sloth

- White diamonds covering the entire squad page. If I view a player it stays open until I go to objectives, then I can’t see some of my squad cuz there are white diamonds all over it, when I load into a match, the opponents squad has white diamonds all over it. All these diamonds are pixelated. 

TLDR: Everything about this game is absolutely poor, EA support will never fix it, don’t waste time contacting them

    @Zephanmarc Is there actually any support or is it just automated messages to pretend there us. I mean come on how often does an EA 3mployee answer on here!

    To be fair - EA employees answer threads quite regularly.. Granted if people want to start threads about something they have already answered they aren't going to keep answering the same question over and over again.

    If people learned how to use the search function to try and find an answer they would see they reply a lot more than people think.

    The other side if half the people that reply on EA's behalf are NOT employees for EA but just community members like us that are trying to make this a better place.

    The online EA support is terrible and almost pointless but the EA people here are quite helpful at pointing you in the right direction of what you need.. as long as you learn to look.
