Eafc companion app gave up my players

So I was doing some sbcs to farm players in the app, and I did as I always did, selected to use the highest players, but I specifically selected to not use active squad players, yet the app used my squad players. I submitted it right before noticing, but since the app has no confirm button, it gave up all my players right then and there. Is there any way to get them back? I know its usually impossible but im so goddamn pissed because it was a glitch in the app that caused it.
