You might just have a point! Servers not only effect the speed but also the attacking ai and passing which is key to win a game. Oh well. Lets see what UFL got. From what i have seen it looks alright.
@BanesSolaceSo its not just us in Scandinavia, its everywhere, i read in other forums and its thread after thread of people who cant play the game, for me it got some up and downs, somthimes its just terrible and some game is playble, as i mention earlier in the thread Eafc is the only game i know about where you can have a superfast internet but still have a terrible connection to the servers, no it make no sense at all.
They call this a "competitive" game but in reality its just depends what server you connected to, a good server give you wins.
I got a 1000/1000 Mbit very fast fibre wire connection connected with cat8 cables, theres no packet loss, of them 1000 mbit iam at an stable 950 mbit, plays mostly on ps5 but also on Pc and my connection is a overkill in every game i play, the most heavy and most complex games is no match at all, but that is a diffrent story as soon as i log into Eafc ha ha it makes absolute no sense at all.
Nope i dont get either the matchmaking, servers or gameplay in this game at all, i failed to qualify to the weekend leuge big time.
My ping is jumping up and down before every single game, it goes from 8 in ping to 20 and down to 18 and mostly of the times stops at 16 ping, is the game thinking that i got 8 in ping becouse its the first number i got, 8 in ping would make sense when iam at a stable connection on 1000/1000 my avarage connection is 950 Mbit stable without any packetlost, i dont get Eafc at all to be honest, my ping should be between 0 - 10 still its jumping as crazy before every game.
If iam meeting people who got 8 in ping and got good server connection its make sense that i cant win a single game, the matchmaking is also very intresting, iam meeting no avarage players at all, only people with perfect server connection and as i said before this game haves nothing to do with skills, its all about the server connection, if u got a good server connection the game pretty much plays for you, if you aint got as good as youre opponents you pretty much lose all the time and people think this is about skills, its only about the servers.
I mean i won 1 game of 9 this week, everybody plays exactly the same way, run to the side line and cut back, my connection is perfect 950 Mbit and 100 % connected to Ea servers well 99.9 % to be exact, the only question is what kind of server is the game connect me with, if its an slow server or a server to far from me my internetspeed doesent matter at all, everything feels ok but as soon iam in a game i feel that its a big defferent between my players and my opponent and i can swear that 90 % of the players i meet dont have near my connection and still i dont get propetly connected to the servers, are the servers so bad and overfilled that thats the problem, i dont really get it at all.
I can littery log in to any other game and get a ping between 0 - 10 and a perfect server connection, ofcourse this haves nothing at all to do with formations and depht, that say that is just ridiculous, this is a problem between localocation, game and how it connect to the servers, and this game dont connect to the servers as it should, even if the servers is in Germany it dont make any sense at all.
Is Rivals, weekend leuge or friendly on diffrent servers ? Slow, slower and slowest, iam working as a programmer and even if i find it intresting i cant understand how it comes that this even is a problem, specially in competitive games..
The "gameplay" is good for me, but the matchmaking is another story, iam in division 8 and cant simple not win one single game.
If I got a simulate squad as my opponents and their players are a little faster, little stranger, the AI always working like a clock and they press perfectly meanwhile press is a joke, my players dont take the ball as my opponents.
Ofcourse it is a server thing and iam also got one of the best internet connection there is on the market.
I contact 4 opponents and they was supercool and i was able to ask them what kind of connection they have, first i thought they joked or tricked me, iam also on a 1000/1000 superduper fast fibre line with high quality cables without and packet lost, all 4 guys i talked to have wifi connection and a connection from 100 Mbit to 400 Mbit and that means that 20 % of that speed need to be cut of so in real life 80 Mbit and their gameplay is absolute perfect ha ha noooooo that makes absolute non sense at all !!!
