@Solj89 Hi, I am facing the same problem as you. I reported and created a case file on ea help. Once you complete entering the details of your case and adding attachments you will be redirected to another screen. Make sure that you wait on that screen for however many minutes indicated as I noticed that's the only way to speak to an advisor.
I spoke to an advisor and this situation was deemed not a hack. I then requested that they look into it being a bug. The advisor said that mine is probably the 1st report of a bug like this. So if many others can speak to advisors and report this as a bug the better chances we have at solving this major problem.
