Elite Wildcards Guarantee Pack : Received Wrong Version Cristiano Ronaldo

Hi I loaded up some fifa points to use for the Elite Wildcards Guarantee Pack on 1/1/24. Unfortunately 1 item was incorrect, I received a regular gold rare Cristiano Ronaldo,however the winter Wildcards version is in packs since the description says Winter Wildcard Player Items (not team specific). I know this was an error because I received players in this pack opening from all Winter Wildcard Teams 1,2,3 however Cristiano Ronaldo was wrong and it would need to be the correct Winter Wildcards version. Please help me and correct the issue by sending the correct item which is the Cristiano Ronaldo winter Wildcards version. The gold rare Cristiano Ronaldo is in my duplicates part of the player items/transfer list screen.I have a video and screenshot to show that I received this from this pack, if needed. Please help as I am very disappointed I did not get the correct version that I should've since all these players are still in packs based on the pack description but I know it will be made right which is why I support EA. I already contacted an ea advisor but they said they csnt do anything snd to post kn the forums snd resch out to a community manager. Thank you for your time and help.
