Error fc points

Anyone else ? Purchased ultimate edition I’m not received their pre-fee points but I have received the season pass.

Hey zac76speight​ Are you logging in directly through the game to claim your FC Points? Have you also tried restarting the game and playing an online match to help synchronize your account?
