Error sending specific players in SBC storage FC25

After creating a SBC storage, a temporary server error appears when sending and I am unable to complete the creation.

This happens with certain players.

I've checked with these two.

There may be other players affected. This has been happening since September 27th. It's happening on PS5.

Can someone please tell me how to improve this
