Error trying to Evolve an evolved card

Hello,

When the EVO Pacey Protector came out, I wanted to evolve an already evolved player. That was not possible, (as shown in picture) even if the card met the requirements. I had no interest on evolving any other card, and less for 50.000 coins. So I let it pass.

Until last night at 3am, when I could use the said card on the Evolution. I have try to do it, and evolve the card to the first level, but because of a busy schedule, I failed to evolve it even trying the last 3 hours. 

I would like to know if there is a possibility to get extended time for this, or a compensation, like getting the coins back.

    Evolutions giving incorrect stats

    I had completed the pacey protector upgrade for Caleb Taylor (57 pace) which should give a +15 pace boost taking him to 72 pace.

    My card for whatever reason got a +16 and the pace is now 73 which leaves me unable to put this card in the new Trailblazer CB evolution.

    I am not sure if other cards have been affected like this but is it possible this can be fixed? It is essential for my West Brom to glory team.
