ERROR WEB APP: LOGIN UNAVAILABLE we’re currently having trouble with login...

I have been presenting this problem for more or less 4 days in a row, where there is no solution for it, I contact EA support and they tell me that "There is no solution available, keep playing and it will be solved later." Others tell me that it is because "I haven't unlocked the FC 24 web app yet", but that is not the case, since this problem arose right after purchasing a month of EA PLAY on Steam, since it was going to be away from home for a time and I took my PC, it should be noted that my main platform is Playstation, where I have more than 300 hours of gaming and more than 600 games in the last 3 months and where I have been using the web application normally. The error arose right after I linked my Steam account to my EA Sports account and purchased the month of EA Play.
