Evolution card rarity issue/bug

I packed 77 rated Sadiq, a striker from La Liga and decided that he was going to be my first ever evolution player. I wanted to do the founder evolution on him but since he is a non rare card I wasn't able to. I then realized that I could put him into the starter +1 evolution and that should update his card type once I finish the evolution and he is a green/gold evo card with a rare boarder at the top of his card. Sadly this was not the case as I still cannot put Sadiq into the Founder Evolution even though he is an evolved card with a new card type. I am essentially writing this to ask EA to update evolution cards' rarity as one of the main appeals of Evolutions is being able to take random unknown cards and turn them into club legends.
