@Pedersen3007 I never got any substantial reply from ea in live chat. Whenever I ask them for progress, they only say they are investigating the issue

Please let me inform you that you might have recover the wrong version of the player that is why it is shown as duplicate. And also I am afraid to inform you that we are unable to revert back the player you have recover from our end.
