Evolution Card Stuck in Unassigned Pile
I swapped my evolution Jota with a dupe and now I can't go into the store to assign that card again. The store just repeatedly crashes.

After reviewing your case history, I found that you are unable to used the player Ansu Fati, as it is shown as duplicate.
Don't worry we are here to help you and I will try my best with your issue.
Please let me inform you that you might have recover the wrong version of the player that is why it is shown as duplicate. And also I am afraid to inform you that we are unable to revert back the player you have recover from our end.

@Joep866y no you cant. After I submitted one ansu fati into sbc, the another ansu fati is still stuck in the unassigned pile. Whenever i try to send him back to club, there is a message saying there is an error in connecting the EA server.
Oh, is ea gonna fix this bc otherwise I want my 100€ back
