@EA_Pulsar you have been saying that for the last two weeks and done nothing about it can’t be that difficult of a fix.

- 2 years ago@EA_Pulsar There‘s not even a single sign from the direct team if it goes like this we‘re gonna wait a few more weeks and thats just incredible i buy this game for ultimate team to have fun ( and the start is most fun of the year) and i can‘t even enjoy that… pls do whatever you can do to let it fix..

@EA_Pulsar How many players have to report this problem, that something actually happens, I mean that's unbelievable unfair it is to have no access to the shop and just lose 1000 Fifa points because of a game bug ? Come on guys pls, we love this game and just want to enjoy it like every one else and want to have the same opportunity. I lost a opportunity to have Ansu Fati 85, just because of this bug and lost 10€ for nothing... I have 22 open cases and it can't be real that there is no opportunity to fix this. Please just help us

@Mert6i10 we also have that problem, that the rentless forwards Evo is gone in 2 days and then we cant do our ansu beacuse we cant send him to our club it is so confusing….

@EA_Pulsar In my Email its said, that this problem can't be solved ? Why is a problem like that not solvable and when we get any informations about a patch or a solution for this Bug ??

After reviewing your case history, I found that you are unable to used the player Ansu Fati, as it is shown as duplicate.
Don't worry we are here to help you and I will try my best with your issue.
Please let me inform you that you might have recover the wrong version of the player that is why it is shown as duplicate. And also I am afraid to inform you that we are unable to revert back the player you have recover from our end.

- 2 years ago@EA_Pulsar What is going on !!! We’ve been waiting patiently for 3weeks . Is this a joke to you guys after we’ve spent £100 on this game and people putting fifa points on yous still can’t resolve an issue that is beyond broken ! Please just make this issue more of a priority.

Duif you guys don’t fix this problem then I’m gonna use a lawyer to fix this. Then you’re EA team is gonna explain why its taking so long.

@EA_Pulsar Aware that it is not your direct fault, but this really is a shameful situation. Already 3 weeks with this issue, players who paid EXTRA money to play in advance not just are unable to use it as it was supposed to, but not even to discard the bugged items and move on with the game. It’s incredible the way we, paying clients, are being treated, with just nebulous replies, no estimated time to have a fix, and more than anything else, not even the CERTAINTY that this huge mess will be fixed. From a player that is with you guys since 1999, I have to say it is just unfair, never seen something like this.

@Mert6i10 no news too, all of my cases submitted to EA are either being closed for "no fix" or with the status "waiting for player".
@EA_Pulsar we really hope that this bug will be fixed asap, as we are unable to open any pack for almost 3 weeks already. I have already spent a lot on FC points, and there are still plenty of points left in my account. I am so worried that all my spending on the points will be wasted.

@EA_Pulsar I want my 1000 fita points back that I said for the wingers evolution, or give me Ansu Fati Evolutions 85 ! It's unfair that we suffer under a bug that you guys can't fix and after his evolution is gone I can discard him and put him in to my team, like nothing happened... I want compensation for the 3 weeks. just unbelievable that I can't have, what I paid for !
