Evolution Card Stuck in Unassigned Pile

I swapped my evolution Jota with a dupe and now I can't go into the store to assign that card again. The store just repeatedly crashes.

  They dont gonna fix it i think, they want you to wait for the evolution to expire i think. this ea pulsar guy is ignoring us too.
